The Nike Mid-South Pride Network is an employee resource group founded in Memphis in 2002 for our distribution centers’ employees (we now have multiple locations in Memphis TN and Byhalia, MS). Our mission is to build a culture of authenticity by cultivating a community diverse in orientation, identity, and expression and increasing visibility of our experiences to all employees.
