Memphis Pride Fest is a space built on respect, joy, and community. Inside the park, we draw the line clearly: hate has no place here.
To protect the emotional and physical well-being of all attendees, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, and protest activity targeting individuals or groups based on identity, orientation, gender, race, faith, ability, or any other lived experience is strictly prohibited within festival grounds.
This policy includes, but is not limited to:
- Signs, clothing, or materials promoting hate or exclusion
- Verbal or physical harassment of any kind
- Organized protest actions within the park
- Disruptive behavior that creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment
Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the event grounds. Security staff and festival organizers are empowered to enforce this policy in real time to keep Memphis Pride Fest safe and affirming for everyone.
We’re here to uplift, connect, and celebrate. Anything that tries to divide or harm doesn’t belong.
If you witness a violation of this policy, please notify a festival volunteer, security officer, or staff member.
