Join us for the 4th Annual Rainbow Dash 5K, the only LGBTQ+ 5K in the region!
Celebrate diversity and community spirit as we run, walk, and dash through vibrant colors, embracing every hue of the rainbow.
This event isn’t just a race; it’s a celebration of identity, inclusion, and physical wellness.
Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-timer, come make a statement of solidarity and joy.

Everyone who enters will receive a finisher medal, bib, and shirt!
This year we will in Overton Park at the Rainbow Pavillion.
Check-in starts at 10 AM and the race will start at 11 AM.
